COVID UPDATE : Due to COVID 19 related restrictions some orders are experiencing delays in the postal service. Please be patient and rest assured your parcel will arrive as soon as possible.

LOST OR DAMAGED : Elena Belobragina cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged during shipping. Risk of loss and damage is passed on to you once the parcel is in the possession of the postal service or courier. If parcels go missing or are returned  as unclaimed – because the address you provided was incorrect or inaccessible, or because you didn't collect the parcel from a delivery depot in time – additional payment will be required to arrange a second shipping.

IMPORT TAX : Elena Belobragina does not take any responsibility of any import taxes that may incur when orders arrive at the destination country. It is solely the responsibility of you, the customer, to pay for these charges.


Handling Your Print

Each print is carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper before being placed into a poster tube or envelope. When you receive your order, please make sure you handle the work with great care. If you’ve ordered a print that arrives in a poster tube, the best way to remove the print from the tube without creasing or tearing is to pull carefully on the tissue paper rather than the print. 


Returns Policy

All prints sold by Elena Belobragina are genuine limited edition or unique prints. If however you have any problems with your order, or you'd like to cancel an order, please get in contact as soon as possible so we can arrange the return of your artwork(s). We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods while in transit. If you return an order by post, please use a tracked parcel delivery or courier service. 


Refunds Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund (minus P&P charges). To qualify for a refund, the print(s) must be sent back to Elena Belobragina in their original condition and protective packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Private Commissions

Private commissions will be agreed on between you, the customer, and us. Once a final agreement on the piece has been made, 50% of the final price will have to be paid in advance, before manufacturing of the piece begins, and is non-refundable. Once the commission is finalised, you will have to pay the remaining 50% left of the price to allow shipping to happen.Shipping will be tracked and will have to be paid by you. Personalised products and private commissions don’t have the right to withdrawal.
